Structural Fabrication and Erection

We fabricate and erect heavy structural steel for cement grinding units, raw material handling systems, captive power plants and steel melting shops. Operations encompass raw steel plate rolling, precision fit-up, certified submerged arc welding (SAW) and tandem crane site erection inside operating industrial plants.

Mechanical Equipment Erection, Piping and Commissioning

Comprehensive mechanical installation services spanning high-tonnage rotary equipment, ball mills, Vertical Roller Mills (VRM), packing plant lines, truck tipplers and heavy ducting networks. Our millwright teams maintain laser alignment tolerances prior to grouting and trial load testing.

Planned annual turnaround and emergency breakdown maintenance for continuous process plants. We deploy multi-trade teams under certified safety supervisors to execute critical path teardowns, mill liner replacements, rotary equipment overhauls and shell renewals within scheduled plant outage windows.

Heavy Crane Rigging & Laser Tools

Engineered lift plans for tandem crane operations up to 110 MT. Certified spreader beams, calibrated torque wrenches and dial/laser alignment equipment for vibration-free commissioning.
