Under the leadership of Shri Pramod Kumar Sharma, Abhyanand Engineering has expanded from a specialized fabrication shop into a trusted multi-state mechanical partner for industrial leaders including Dalmia Bharat Cement and Jaiprakash Associates (Jaypee Group).
Shri Sharma maintains personal supervisory oversight over all critical-path operations, including heavy tandem crane lifts up to 110 MT, 2,000 MT silo erections, grinding mill overhauls and emergency plant shutdowns. His field-first approach ensures that technical decisions are made quickly and safely on the plant floor.

No work commences without formal Permit-to-Work (PTW) sign-off and Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) verification on electrical drives. 4 qualified safety supervisors execute daily morning Toolbox Talks (TBT) before shift start.
