To meet rising regional market demand, Dalmia Cement required the fast-track installation of two independent 240 TPH rotary packing systems within their Bokaro grinding unit. The project demanded continuous structural modifications while adjacent truck loading bays operated around the clock.
Our mechanical erection teams fabricated the supporting structural mezzanines and feed chutes, positioned the rotary packer impellers with precision level alignment, routed aeration piping, erected bag discharge belt conveyors and connected pulse-jet baghouse dust collection hoods to guarantee clean operating conditions.
Both Packer-3 and Packer-4 achieved stable, continuous rated 240 TPH output during initial load trials. Formal handover documentation was executed with zero downtime inflicted on existing packing and dispatch operations.
